Protect your patio before winter hits ❄️

Freeze-thaw cycles and road salt are tough on pavers. A good sealer helps lock in color and keeps water and salt from soaking in. We carry SEK Surebond sealers and cleaners at the Oakmont yard:

• SB-4000: water repellent & salt blocker, an invisible penetrating sealer
• SB-8700: joint stabilizing sealer
• SB-1000: helps minimize chip loss and scattering
• Efflo Off: removes efflorescence, salt and mineral stains before you seal

Planning a patio for spring? Here's the math most people skip 👇

For a 12' x 12' patio (144 sq ft):
• Gravel base, 4–6" compacted: about 1.8–2.7 cubic yards
• Bedding sand, 1": about half a cubic yard
• Order a little extra, because the base settles when you compact it
