This project started with a commercial step van and was transformed into a fully equipped mobile kitchen designed specifically around the way Avie Lee’s will operate.
Four fryers, a complete cooking line, refrigeration, commercial ventilation, A/C, onboard generator power, custom service area and a full exterior design — all brought together into one functional mobile kitchen.
