Celebration of Life Memorial will take place Friday, February 4 at 7 PM at Click Funeral Home Middlebrook Chapel located at 9020 Middlebrook Pike Knoxville, TN 37923.

The family asks that attendees of the viewing taking place prior to the memorial be limited to close friends and family. However, all are welcome to remember and celebrate JT’s life with us at the 7 PM service.

It's with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved founder and owner, JT Grail. The family and staff asks for some time to grieve and make arrangements. We plan to contact all customers in the near future to make arrangements for vehicles and projects in our care. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

Until we state otherwise, the shop is running on minimal staff and we are taking no new work until we are back to full staff. Some of us have come down with Covid and could be out for several weeks.

Big changes coming for 2022!
- First off, we are now going to be ran as an LLC, so some name changes will be going on.
- Also, we are near completion on finishing up several long term jobs which will allow us to get cars in and out of the shop and stick to schedules much more efficiently. That being said, we are probably looking at February for taking in any larger projects, but will be doing tuning and repair work this coming month as we are already scheduled out until mid month.
- One of our biggest changes will be an awd dyno which should be up and running by the end of February. We will start tuning, installs, and repair on Subaru, Mitsubishi, some Audi and Volkswagen lines coming directly after.
- On our engine build side, we have purchased an ultrasonic cleaner large enough to put an inline 6 cylinder in, so all engine work will now have ultrasonic cleaned parts. This will make for a much cleaner looking engine, while also helping keep any unseen debris from entering freshly assembled engines. This cleaning service will also be offered to those wanting parts cleaned as well.
- Next week I will be posting some price changes and some new ways we will be handing tuning to help keep things flowing easily in the shop.

We will now be offering engine parts cleaning with our sonic cleaner in the coming month. This also will be used during all engine building once installed and set up.

I’m taking today and some of tomorrow to get back with everyone before I am in the shop all week. This month will be longer wait times on call backs and messages; I apologize for any inconvenience.

For the rest of this month communication with new customer work or estimates could have 2-3 day delays. This is to ensure we can get a lot of the current ongoing projects done by the end of the year. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you stop by, I may not have time to talk. We have only 5 days open for tuning for December; 2 days the week before Christmas and 3 days the week after.

So over the last few weeks we have been in talks with Dyno jet and I’m excited to be able to officially announce that mid/late February we will be able to accommodate awd cars as well as those with viscus center differentials or the need for locked rollers as we also have the linx kit purchased with the Dyno. This will open us up to looking into tuning multiple awd cars and expanding the vehicles we work on. We will also offer Dyno rentals for remote tuning for other tuners to use our facility to tune customer cars.

Please message us if your looking at Black Friday parts deals. Currently we know many manufactures are having sales, in most cases most our suppliers honor these sales and have products in stock. We deal directly with Haltech, Texas Speed, Grannas Racing, Speed Factory, Real Street, and countless others. Today and tomorrow will be slow responses, but Sat-Mon we should be able to get orders made and running.

We have made a decision to take limited work in for the rest of the year. This will allow us to concentrate of multiple ongoing projects and get them out before the first of the year. I will be limiting tuning to 2-3 cars a week and only simple one day jobs in the shop until the first of the year. That being said, the week after Thanksgiving we will start taking in bigger jobs for the start of the year. Please do not hesitate to still message us as we still can get you quoted and set up a date. Currently we are scheduled well into mid-December as is.
