We start by developing the manufacturing processes from computerized models that are utilized to select the proper machine tool, generate fixtures, tooling, CNC programs, in-process/1st part inspections, and CMM programs. We are successful due to a customer oriented business philosophy, the recruiting and retention of top notch talent, and utilization of state of the art tools, software, and CNC equipment. Company President Michael Tuck has been an Engineering Manager, Mechanical Designer, and Project Manager for over 20 years. His projects include the USEC Centrifuge Program, NAVSEA propulsors, Y12 weapon programs, and automotive production. ARMEC Corporation was established to provide all phases of classified manufacturing engineering, machining, and certification in support of the USEC Centrifuge program. We employ several Manufacturing and Quality Engineers and some of the very best machinists and inspectors in the local area.
