A rare surviving 1929 Model A parts plate explicitly lists the rivet head profile used on the front fenders—flat, countersunk heads—not domed rivets. Comparing that plate to reproduction fenders revealed many repros used the wrong rivet style, which alters panel alignment and paint flow at the bead line.
This matters to Jackson Automotive Products because we match fasteners and rivet profiles to original plates so restorations fit truly like the factory intended.
