We’re proud to share an important leadership transition as we continue building on more than 120 years of service across Wisconsin.

Effective July 1, Josh Brown will serve as Chief Executive Officer and President, and Jay Walsh has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Eli Bliffert will transition from CEO and President to Chairman of the Board, where he will continue helping guide the long-term vision and future growth of the company.

Josh’s appointment reflects Bliffert’s long-standing commitment to developing leadership from within. He began his career with Bliffert 25 years ago as an inside salesperson and has since advanced through multiple leadership roles during a period of continued growth.

Please join us in congratulating Josh Brown and Jay Walsh on their new roles as we look ahead to this next chapter for Bliffert.
