After 18 years, we celebrate Dan as he heads into retirement.💙

Dan started as a service technician in 2008 at our Oostburg location, handling window and exterior door repairs along with laminate countertop installations. Over time, his role naturally evolved into installation, helping customers with a true one-stop experience, from product selection to full installation of windows, doors, and cabinetry for both homeowners and builders.

Dan has been a great employee, coworker, and friend to many of us throughout his career. Living just down the road from the yard, he always seemed to be available to help anyone at any time. His willingness to step in and support others made a lasting impact on the team.

While Dan built and installed many projects over the years, what truly stands out is the relationships he built along the way. He has a genuine, compassionate side that people greatly appreciate, and those connections will last well beyond his time here.

Dan, thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the relationships you built over the years. Wishing you all the best in your retirement.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to take part in the St. Jude Dream Home floor signing event.

One of the most meaningful parts of the build is seeing how many hands come together long before a home is finished. Suppliers, contractors, volunteers, and sponsors all leave their mark in a way that becomes part of something much bigger than the project itself.

Proud to support the mission of St. Jude and be a small part of building something that will make a lasting impact.
