This is a CDLR conveyor specifically designed for ceramic tile processing. Steel perimeters are placed on the tiles as they are conveyed through vision systems. The tapered roller conveys the pallets along the main line and proceeds them toward the air operated pop-up chain transfer with special guide pins. Rejects are taken off the line using special guide bars.

The still photos show the entire conveyor system, with conveyors that can accept up to 15 tiles on a pallet. These pallets are conveyed to the ends of these rollers where robots take each tile and place it on the other ends of the conveyors, as shown with the highlighted orange circle (1:22)

This is a build line intended for generators. An empty pallet starts in zone #1 with minimal parts on the pallet and as it goes from station to station parts are built on the pallet in each station until the complete generator is built on the last zone and sent out to shipping.

The system is a Zero Pressure Accumulation System that provides separate zones for each build station and uses Poly V belt conveyor "MDR" with a 24VDC power roller per zone with a drive card connected to each roller. Photo eye sensing system is designed to accommodate the zero pressure accumulation.

This is a finished wheel workstation zone conveyor designed for automotive. Wheels are ultimately conveyed near the tire line and married into the tire and presented to the assembly line.

Featuring poly "V" driven power rollers, built in hardware container, zero pressure accumulators using 24VDC power rollers, and non-marring 90 durometer urethane bonded on tube to prevent the finished wheel from scratching or marring. Each zone is driven using Ethernet compatible drive card connected to the power roller.

Cell handles large battery packs for an electric car manufacturer. Provides two accumulation lanes with zones and two exit lines and fork truck pick up areas.

The battery pack is brought in at a lift and chain transfer unit. Battery packs are divided into two buffer (accumulation) lanes with individual zones of three strand self lubing precision chain conveyors.

Last accumulation zone feeds a multi lane gravity fork truck pick up zone. The pack is picked up and introduced to the assembly line.

An 8 zone side load/unload pack out conveyor. Loaded pallet is loaded via fork truck onto the conveyor cell at the fork truck load station (zone #1.) It goes to zone #2 , then zone #3, then to the robot unload position zone #4 where the pallet is "crowded" into a repeatable area.

The robot picks out the parts, and then the crowder (cylinders) release and the empty container/rack/pallet goes to zone #5 then #6 then #7 then #8 which is the forklift pick up area where the empty pallet/rack/container is picked up.

Combination of heavy duty chain driven live roller conveyor with air operated LTU (lift and transfer unit.) The transfer unit changes the orientation of the rack and provides a 90° corner where a 90° curves would be impossible.

Rack with parts is introduced to chain driven live roller, then conveyed to end of CDLR conveyor. A heavy duty linear guided air operated LTU lifts and transfers load racks to individual fixed height chain conveyors.
