Consultation: During the initial meeting, Custom House Building & Development, LLC will discuss your plans and help you realize your vision. They will begin to outline a budget and schedule for your project. One of the owners will be assigned as project manager to work closely with you from start to finish. Planning: As your vision comes into focus,

they will assemble an appropriate team for your project. The plan will outline the various phases of construction and the construction schedule. They will discuss possible design options with you and if applicable, with your architect. Custom House Building & Development, LLC will also identify potential hurdles. Proper planning helps ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget. Construction: Your project manager will guide you through each phase of construction, project changes, budgets, schedules, coordination of staff and sub-contractors. Completion: Upon completion of your project, they will conduct a walk through and review the final punch list to ensure all points have been addressed and resolved. Warranty: All projects include a one year workmanship warranty. Custom House Building & Development, LLC will coordinate a schedule of return dates with you. These dates are designed for the team to return to the property and address any items that may need further attention.

We converted this oversized garden bed into a 6x10” outdoor shower. The deck and bench seat were finished with harbor grey decking and the Louvered walls were built with PT lumber with arbor coat stain. Flawless plumbing work done by Country Ways Plumbing & Heating
