We are proud to announce that Imran Ahmad has joined HMTX Industries as Chief Executive Officer. A proven global leader with extensive experience accelerating growth, advancing innovation and leading large-scale organizations, Imran will guide HMTX into its next phase as we continue to expand our global platform and invest in the future.

“Throughout his career, Imran has led large scale global organizations, built high-performing teams, accelerated growth, advanced innovation and strengthened operational and supply-chain ex*****on across complex businesses,” said Harlan Stone, Executive Chairman of HMTX.

Build Day 4! 🌧️

Through rain, wind, and unpredictable weather, our teams kept pushing forward at !

By the end of the day, our house had completed exterior siding, painting, and even got to see our Metroflor product in action as flooring installation began inside the home!

This week has been a powerful reminder of what can happen when volunteers, partners, and communities come together with a shared purpose. 🙌

Night 1 in Atlanta. 🛠️

We’re honored to be part of the 40th Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project 2026 with Habitat for Humanity kicking off a week dedicated to building much more than just homes. 🏠💙

Last night, volunteers, partners, and future homeowners came together at Mercedes-Benz Stadium to celebrate the start of this incredible week-long project. This year’s effort will bring 24 new homes to life and launch the historic Langston Park community in southwest Atlanta, continuing the legacy of Jimmy Carter and Rosalynn Carter.

A Legacy of Service: 40 Years of the Carter Work Project

For over 35 years, President and Mrs. Carter were tireless champions for affordable housing. Their partnership with Habitat for Humanity began in 1984, leading an inaugural project for 19 families in NYC.

Since then, the Carter Work Project has achieved incredible global impact:

🔹 108,000+ Volunteers inspired across 14 countries.
🔹 4,447 Homes built, renovated, or repaired worldwide.
🔹 Global Awareness raised for the critical need for safe shelter.

The housing crisis is not something we can ignore.

The facts:
🔹 1 in 3 people globally lack a safe and affordable place to call home.
🔹 In the U.S., 1 in 6 families spends over half their income on housing.
🔹 The median income covers only about 75% of what is required to buy a home in cities like Atlanta.

Since 1976, Habitat for Humanity has helped more than 62 million people worldwide improve their housing. Central to this mission is the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project, which has engaged 108,000+ volunteers to build or repair 4,447 homes globally.

This May, the Carter Work Project returns to Atlanta, where a massive volunteer effort will build 24 new homes to launch the historic Langston Park community.

HMTX Industries, a global leader in design‑driven, innovative flooring solutions, announced that Jon England has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Contract & Trade.

Jon will report to Harlan Stone, Executive Chairman and Acting President of Contract & Trade, and will also serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

In this role, England will lead HMTX’s sales and marketing strategy and ex*****on across traditional flooring channels, with a focus on accelerating growth and strengthening market leadership in the commercial, builder, multifamily, and residential segments. This appointment supports HMTX’s continued evolution as the company focuses on a differentiated portfolio of innovative, design‑forward flooring solutions.

England brings more than 20 years of enterprise sales, brand, and general management leadership within the flooring industry. He is recognized for unlocking growth through sharper segmentation, disciplined go‑to‑market ex*****on, and strong cross‑functional alignment. Throughout his career, he has led national sales teams, managed complex brand portfolios, and delivered sustained performance across residential, commercial, builder, and specialty channels.

At HMTX, England will partner closely with Stone and the executive leadership team to strengthen strategic customer relationships, elevate commercial ex*****on, and drive customer‑centric innovation. He will focus on building a high‑performance organization centered on growth, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation.
