Job Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician provides a variety of support duties pertaining to maintenance, building and machine upkeep and repair to various projects.

• Responsible for maintaining the building and grounds
• Operation of a variety of tools and equipment on projects
• Maintain safe and clean work habits throughout the facility
• Work both independently and as a team on projects

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills and be detail oriented
• Mechanical or maintenance skills

Competitive Wages:

• Conducting in-process and setup inspections in relation to all standards of presentation and quality for products
• Measuring with precision inspection equipment
• Visually inspecting components for defects
• Documenting results and efficiently communicating findings or problems

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the primary cleaning, secondary detection and removal of foreign objects and debris with special handling of sensitive products. Includes on-the-job training.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Adherence to established cleaning, deburring practices and/or customer specific requirements.
• Reads router, deburring op sheets and/or instructions from Management to determine cleaning or deburring needs.
• Learning the steps of cleaning/deburring, the different types of materials, and correct application of those processes.
• Follows all quality management system regulations for conformance to ISO 9001, AS9100 and follows safety regulations outlined by OSHA.
