Guatemala El Amate is a light roast that drinks sweet and smooth. Pear, brown sugar, a little orange bitters on the finish.

Honduras Swiss Water Decaf. Decaffeinated with just water, no chemicals. Brown sugar, cinnamon, raisin.

This one’s for the coffee nerds!!!

Covoya, the importer behind a lot of our Brazil and decaf, is touring Ohio this fall. We’re hosting the Toledo stop at the roastery.

Covoya Junior Traders Angela Greenhagen and Brittany Amell will lead a cupping of our newest arrivals next to the latest coffees from Café Delas, Covoya’s program for women-owned farms. We’ll taste them side by side and talk through processing, sourcing, origin, and why each one tastes the way it does.

After that, there’ll be snacks and time to hang out and keep talking coffee.
