Ok big secret here. Seats in the Rooster are not very easy to clean. This Norwex cloth via the wife is probably not going to leave the garage now. We are bringing the interior back to 2006 condition.

I believe we bought our electric lawn mower 5 years ago. It is time to replace the batteries for the mower and it’s friends. After a cell upgrade to HG2 cells I have to say I am even more impressed at how well designed EGO products are. The pack is very serviceable and all the right technology is in the battery pack. Only one cell was slightly out of balance and this looks like pure cell degradation as the capacity of the cells are down to 1400mAh from 2500mAh new. Two more packs to go and at least another 5 year before this will need to be done again.

After spending time at both the MathWorks
Automoitve Conference and the AUVSI Xpotential 2019, I have experienced a wide breathe of the electrification reality. These two worlds are quite different. Without real knowledge in the space, one would struggle to identify the difference in the solutions between UAV and Automotive as the electric propulsion and autonomy are laced throughout.

PSA- Message from OEMs is consistent and clear. In 10 years half of the new car options will be electrified. This does not mean it will have no engine. 40% thermal efficiency of new engines will keep the ICE around a while longer. It does mean you need to get familiar with PHEV, BEV, HEV, and yes the FCV as these terms will be the discussion point instead of V6, V8 and 4 cylinder.

This answers my curiosity as to why GM was at the E Bike summit this week. I would think the bike industry would be a bit more nervous with the continuing investment by automotive in the E Bike space.
