New Product Alert! OE+ Power Steering Reservoir / The Only Solution
I’ve been working with EAE Lab to design and engineer the Power Steering Reservoir for our E9x M3s! Since BMW uses the same PS Reservoir for almost every single car, this will work for the majority of the other models as well.
I’ve had the privilege of designing many complex and cool parts for the automotive industry for years now. Every single BMW owner knows how ridiculously designed the BMW PS Reservoir is. It’s always weeping or leaking. This is a project that I wanted to do since the first day I purchased my S65 and I finally got around to it last year.
Design:
The reservoir I’ve designed with EAE Lab ensures that there’s more capacity within the reservoir itself – 35 mL more. The cap is designed in a manner that ensures that the power steering fluid does not make it into the engine bay no matter how hard you track your car or drive on the streets. It also has a user-serviceable integrated filter. Finally, it is manufactured from the highest grade 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum that can be anodized to the color of your choice!
EAE Labs is done with the prototype and test phase of this project and are off to the Production stage now. Production will begin in the next 2-3 weeks and the initial promotional price will be limited to 300 units.
