Torens Company is a network of car service stations, as well as contract engines, gearbox and attachments from Europe, Japan and the USA.

Not always an external analysis when purchasing aggregates gives a 100% result, for this we conduct a detailed check already in the warehouse, before moving the aggregates to branches
This check consists in the following:
The specialist performs a detailed inspection of the unit for leaks, removes the pallet to determine the presence of chips, checks the candles, analyzes each combustion chamber in the unit with an endoscope to understand the state of the cylinder-piston group (corrosion, defects, oil presence). The valve cover is removed, the condition is evaluated.
Next, the motor is installed on the stand, where the engine is started. This allows you to make an acoustic defect. That is, to determine the presence of extraneous sounds when the engine is running, as well as to check the condition of the oil pump (oil pressure measurement).
After this procedure, on the same stand, we measure the compression of each cylinder and give a final assessment of the state of the unit.
All this is done to level the risks of low-quality products.
Then the engines are delivered to our branches all over the country. Where the customer can purchase the unit for self-installation, or use the installation in the Torens service, with an extended warranty for the unit.
