Crouse Mills True Value Hardware is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, isn't afraid of hard work, and takes pride in being reliable. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Requirements:

✔ Must be 18 years of age or older
✔ Reliable with a strong work ethic
✔ Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
✔ Must have open availability
✔ Available to work Monday through Saturday
✔ Available to work Sundays during the month of December
✔ Typical work hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their hardware and home improvement needs
• Operating the cash register
• Stocking shelves and keeping merchandise organized
• Mixing paint
• Loading customer purchases
• General store maintenance and cleaning
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Performing other duties as needed to help keep the store running smoothly
