We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Winter's Rigging office team. You will be responsible for researching and purchasing heavy duty truck parts, heavy equipment parts, shop supplies, and other miscellaneous equipment. You will also be doing various data entry type work and providing administrative support to the management staff and employees who work in the field.

Responsibilities

- Search for heavy duty truck and heavy equipment parts and compare prices to find the best deals for purchasing
- Update existing vehicle documents and records
- Field incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Obtain oversized/overweight permits
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems

Skills

- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Not afraid of new challenges and potentially difficult tasks
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Basic understanding of databases
