• 2–5 years of construction experience

Over the past several weeks, our team has completed major installations including lighting throughout the building, ground-level waterproofing, stucco application, and metal soffit work. The terrace is in place, and exterior progress continues with the canopy and final metal panel installation nearing completion.

Inside, spaces have been cleaned out and punch work is underway, with everything hung and moving toward final closeout.
