🔹 What You’ll Do
• Communicate with clients through email and other professional channels
• Respond to client queries, requests, and follow-ups promptly
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on
• Keep track of client requirements, updates, and pending actions
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team when required
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong email communication and client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing skills
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

⭐ Preferred
Freshers or Experience in Amazon, e-commerce, client servicing, account management, or digital services will be an added advantage.
