CAD files are in the hands of Barett .designs to manufacture our first assembly, utilizing the 22IDEX from head over to his page to see how amazing additive manufacturing is and the fantastic education he is giving! We trust Barett to produce these parts at our standard. Can’t wait to show you!

The final piece to the snorkel upgrade! We quickly design and got the CAD file ready for .designs who we have been consulting with from the beginning of this build! Our printer cannot print this part due to its height, but it’s an easy task for Barett to handle.

Built for function. Designed with purpose.

One of the biggest advantages of the Ford Super Duty 7.3l gas platform is the unused space throughout the engine bay and chassis. Perfect for integrating practical upgrades that actually improve the truck’s capability.

This ARB Air Compressor setup takes advantage of that space to create a clean, functional onboard air solution without sacrificing usability or cluttering the cab. Whether it’s airing up after the trail, powering air tools, or supporting onboard systems, having compressed air ready to go makes a huge difference.

We’re big believers in utilizing every inch of a build with intention. Clean installs. Serviceable layouts. Real-world function.

What would you use onboard air for? 👇

Unfortunately our 3D printer is not ideal for production parts but it works for our prototypes to confirm fitment and proof of concept. That’s why these parts take so long to print. Once the design is proven and adjustments are made. Files are sent to .designs stay tuned to see how Barett and his company help us achieve our goals in this build!

Here we show you how we tackle the tube extension from the air box while having design constraints with the headlight and chassis. If you have a design drawn on paper, we can take that paper drawing and turn it into a function CAD file and manufacture the part as well! We would love to hear what you have in mind so shoot us a message and let’s get started!
