All operations will resume on 2nd shift today. Production lines should report at 3:30 and all other departments report at your normal scheduled start time.
Also, we will be working all scheduled overtime tomorrow. If your department was notified to work Saturday/Sunday, you should report to work as scheduled on the OT board.

We have received a Natural Gas Curtailment Release from ONG effectively immediately and can go back into full operations.
All plant operations will be working both Saturday and Sunday.
All assembly lines will report working the following hours:
1st shift – 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Saturday and 7:00 am – 3:30 pm on Sunday
2nd shift – 3:30 pm to 12:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday
Paint operations will begin work at 5:00 am on Saturday morning. The leadership team will be contacting the individual employees to give you your start times.
Sheetmetal, Shipping, Receiving, Maintenance, and all other support departments will work their normal shift hours throughout the weekend.
Lab operations will proceed with 3rd shift on Sunday as normally scheduled.
Mod shop employees will not be working this weekend.

Due to the unprecedented winter weather and the extreme cold that we are experiencing across many states the Oklahoma Natural Gas Service Company has issued an Emergency Natural Gas Curtailment beginning February 15th. At this time we do not have a firm timeline on when this order will be lifted but it appears that it will be either Saturday February 20th or Sunday February 21st.
Due to this ordered curtailment we have had to limit our operations to only departments that can run without the use of natural gas. These operations are Sheet Metal production, Shipping, Receiving, and some lab and mod shop operations. We will continue this type of operations until the order is lifted.
The following plant operations will be working on Thursday February 18th and Friday February 19th.
• All Sheet Metal Shifts
• All Shipping Shifts
• All Receiving Shifts
• 539 Electric Kit Area
• Some employees will be individually contacted by their supervisor to report to work to complete any rework that we have.
The Lab and Mod Shop employees will be contacted by their leadership team.
We ask that all employees call the overtime hotline on Friday after 5 p.m. for further direction. If the order is lifted prior to the weekend we will be working all plant operations on Saturday and Sunday. Detail will be provided on the hotline after 5 p.m. on Friday.
As it appears the roads will be clear all onsite salary personnel associated with Plant Operations should report back to work beginning Thursday February 18th.

This is an update for Tuesday, February 16 for the Norman facility. All sheet metal and receiving departments should continue to report as scheduled. Shipping should report tomorrow morning at 7 AM and then all shifts thereafter. All other departments are suspended until further notice due to the energy and gas shortage. As soon as we are given permission to return to normal operations, we need to be prepared to work Saturday and Sunday this weekend . All supervisors should report as scheduled. Lab and modification center employees will be contacted by a manager. Please check back tomorrow after 5 PM for another update. Thank you.

Hotline is being updated now. We are calling off all operations until Wednesday morning at 7 am with the exception of sheetmetal and receiving. All sheetmetal and receiving employees should report as scheduled beginning at 11 pm tonight. For lab and modification shop employees, you will be advised by a manager.
Please call the hotline number prior to reporting for work on Wednesday.
