As we wrap up another successful summer of the NIMternship program, we're celebrating the impact our interns have made across NIM.

This summer, our interns made meaningful contributions, brought fresh ideas to our teams, and completed outstanding capstone projects that showcased their creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking. We're grateful for all they accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for each of them.

A big thank you to our mentors, supervisors, and team members who invested their time and knowledge to make this experience a success. We celebrated National Intern Day with plenty of appreciation for an incredible group of interns and the NIM team members who helped make the program possible.

Today, our summer NIMterns and their mentors partnered with the Norfolk Fire Division to participate in “The Heat is On.” Through a series of interactive, escape-room-style challenges led by off-duty firefighters, participants worked together to solve problems and strengthen their teamwork skills.
