This position can be based in our Dallas, Fort Worth, or Austin offices. In this role, you’ll support proposal and qualification efforts across the country, helping coordinate and develop responses for public, federal, and private sector opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, or business development experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint/CRM software is a plus. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy managing multiple deadlines, we want to hear from you!
