Making room for growth meant rethinking how space is used throughout Walker Engineering’s headquarters. We partnered with the project team to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the phased renovation of the 51,000-square-foot facility. The project is an opportunity for our team to make use of the existing facility by designing new workspaces to support the company’s evolving needs.
The renovation introduces updated offices, open work areas, conference rooms, training spaces, and employee amenities, including a golf simulator and gaming area.
Coordinating the MEP design required careful consideration of existing mechanical equipment, building conditions, and the phased construction schedule. The project also includes system updates designed to accommodate the revised layouts and support the functionality of the renovated spaces.
