We got more aluminum! This year has been a hectic one. Between our docks, dock accessories, and our new shoreline stairs, we have been heads-down and working hard. We truly appreciate the customers who understand our longer-than-usual lead times, quality takes time, and we refuse to rush it.

Yes, we could cut corners and get your dock out the door faster. But that’s not what Lakeside Docks is about. We stand by our values, and no matter how big we get, that’s never going to change.

We started the year with 175 sections and have already burned through them. More is on the way!

1 out of the 32 welds we do on one dock section.

TIG welding is a highly skilled process of welding that requires a lot of practice and training. This process takes 2x the time to produce the same weld as MIG welding, which is what most manufacturers rely on.
So why do we take the extra time to TIG weld? Simple, It creates the best aluminum weld possible. The best pe*******on, no black soot, and a consistent weld with no defects, while looking absolutely gorgeous! Something MIG welding just can’t offer.

It’s not the easy way. It’s the right way. We will never cut any corners no matter how big we get!

Our Welds vs Others (Pictures Below)

It’s hard not to notice how the quality of welding has steadily declined over time. In today’s market, too many companies are cutting corners, choosing profits over craftsmanship. Instead of hiring skilled welders who take pride in their work, they rely on speed, shortcuts, and mass production. The result? Inconsistent welds, poor pe*******on, and work that just doesn’t last.

At Lakeside Docks LLC, we do things differently.

Every TIG weld we lay down is done with purpose, precision, and pride. We’re not chasing volume, we’re chasing quality. We believe a weld should look just as good as it performs. Our welds are clean, consistent, and structurally sound, because we know our customers are trusting us to build something that holds up over time, not just look good in a photo from a far.

There are companies out there selling mediocre work at top-shelf prices and most people don’t know the difference until it’s too late. We’re here to change that.

First spring install of our brand new custom shoreline stairs. Something we’ve been building since late fall of 2025. We’re excited to already have some bigger stair jobs on the schedule for 2026, and we truly appreciate the customers who trusted us with work we’ve never done before on a brand new product. That means the world to us! Some of the massive builds we have coming this year are going to be something special, stay tuned!
