If your coil is froze, this is what it looks like, if you suspect your unit is freezing up it's best to just turn it off turn the fan to on and let it circulate air, it's not helping you any with it Frozen most the time you can tell if it's frozen by no air flow when the system is running, also where the refrigerant lines are going through the outside wall the 3/4 line will have ice on it if this is the case give us a call and turn your system off fan on as I described because if it's froze up then a technician can't do anything with it until it's thawed out hope this helps
