Our Largest Light Gauge Steel Multifamily Project to Date 🏗️

What happens when you remove the concrete podium from a multifamily building?

That’s exactly what we did on our largest cold formed steel project — a 48-unit multifamily development in Brockton, MA using 100% light gauge steel framing with zero podium construction.
This week we brought together architects, developers, and general contractors to walk the project and see firsthand what CFS construction looks like at scale in Massachusetts.
Here’s what stood out:
Every wall panel was precision-fabricated at our facility and delivered ready to install — no field cutting, no waste, no weather delays holding up production.
Full IBC-compliant fire-rated assemblies throughout. UL-listed. Non-combustible. No fire-retardant treated lumber required.
The structure went up in a fraction of the time a comparable wood-frame or hybrid podium build would have taken.
