(HRCR) opened it's doors in November of 1981. The owner, Bill Speegle, has been in the crane and rigging business since 1946. Jim Speegle, president of HRCR, is a 1989 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been with the company since 1994. Marlette Blauert, secretary/treasurer of HRCR, has been with the company since July of 1996. All of our riggers and operators have a minimum of 10 years experience in their field.

Another successful job in the books. 👍💯

Our team recently deployed a 165-ton crane to lift and relocate a 10,000 lb carport. The 32' x 40' structure was moved approximately 150 feet to its new position, with four riggers working in tight coordination to secure, balance, and execute a precise, controlled lift from start to finish.
