This Memorial Day, we take a moment to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

While many have served, some gave everything. Today, we remember those who laid down their lives for our freedom and recognize the lasting impact of their courage and sacrifice.

Jacob joined the team earlier this week as our summer intern.

He is currently studying statistics at The Ohio State University and will be supporting the team by helping identify objective trends across sales performance, customer behavior, product movement, margin performance, and product/customer concentration.

This week, we have some celebrating to do 🎉

We'd like to wish an enormous "congratulations" to the Brooke High School MIC team! 👏🏻

We’re proud to share that last week, during the statewide award ceremony, they earned 1st Place in the 2025–2026 Manufacturing Innovation Challenge: MOTION Division — an incredible achievement and a true reflection of the hard work they’ve put in over the past several months.

The MOTION Division highlights challenges that are strategic, analytical, and systems-focused where success isn’t just about building a product, but about thinking bigger. From market expansion and workflow optimization to technology implementation and business strategy, these students tackled real-world manufacturing opportunities with creativity, insight, and forward-thinking solutions.

Their project demonstrated exactly what this division is all about: innovation driven by ideas, research, and a deep understanding of how to improve performance and uncover new opportunities.

We’ve had the privilege of working alongside this team throughout the challenge, and we couldn’t be more impressed by their professionalism, problem-solving, and ability to think like true engineers and business leaders.

The Explore the New Manufacturing Manufacturing Innovation Challenge (MIC) State Awards Ceremony takes place this week, and we want to take a moment to wish the Brooke High School team the very best of luck 🤞🏻

These students poured countless hours into researching, evaluating, and refining their proposal. From engineering analysis to market research and competitive considerations, they handled this challenge with professionalism well beyond their years.

It was truly a privilege of working alongside them throughout the process, treating them like a true engineering firm, and watching them rise to the occasion. We love the way this program helps students prepare for the world beyond the four walls of their school.

No matter the outcome, we are incredibly proud of the effort and dedication they’ve demonstrated. The future of manufacturing is bright with students like these leading the way.

We’re looking to add a Senior Customer Service Representative to our team at Bellofram Elastomers in Newell, WV.

We’re searching for someone who:
✅ Enjoys being a trusted resource for customers
✅ Stays calm, professional, and solutions-focused when challenges arise
✅ Finds satisfaction in helping people work through issues
✅ Cares about accuracy, organization, and getting the details right

If you like being the person who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes, you might be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
– Serving as a key contact for customers, handling more complex questions and resolving escalations
– Entering accurate customer and order details within our CRM system
– Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-through
– Helping deliver the high level of service our customers expect

What we’re hoping you'll bring to the table:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 5+ years of customer service experience
– Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
– Clear, professional communication and phone skills
– Ability to stay organized and adapt while working across departments
– Comfort using technology and learning new tools and systems

Last week, we had the honor of attending the first Explore the New Manufacturing Regional Awards Ceremony of the year, and what a night it was!

We’re proud to share that the Brooke High School team has advanced to the state-level competition for the Manufacturing Innovation Challenge. This group has put in months of hard work, and it’s incredible to see that effort recognized on a larger stage.

A special congratulations to Project Manager, Ryan Kettler, who was named the Emerging Elite in Manufacturing. This award was well-deserved in recognition of his leadership, dedication, and impact throughout the challenge. 👏🏻

We couldn’t be more proud of this team and everything they’ve accomplished. It’s been a privilege to work alongside such driven, thoughtful, and talented students, and we’re excited to see what they do next.
