After approximately 8 years making award winning Italian cheeses in Springfield, NJ it was time to grow in order to satisfy the demand of our cheeses. The founder and owner created a 54,000 state of the art square foot facility in Newark in order to satisfy this tremendous growing demand. Thomas became certified in different aspects of the machinery and micro-biology with certifications from Rutgers and Cornell. Much of the design of the plant was his brain child. Today we service nearly all the supermarkets in NJ, and customers all over from NY, CT, PA, MA, MD, DE, FL,VA, GA, WA and the Caribbean.
