WHAT WE DO: Fueled by our outstanding team of credentialed trades people and engineers, we drive the key services of a successful plant – mechanical, electrical, instruments and controls, and create seamless end-to-end solutions for meeting our clients’ goals. We specialize in complex, unusual projects that require out-of-the-box thinking and ambitious solutions our clients don’t find elsewhere. In projects from immense storage towers to intricate pipe systems, we partner with our clients to deliver on their goals with custom manufacturing and fabrications that can be designed, built, and tested at M. Davis, then shipped to and assembled at the client location. As one example, M. Davis built a massive cooling tower that preserves the integrity of a highly temperature-controlled research lab. We constructed the pieces for the structure in our own plant, delivered them to the client in 24 modules on eight tractor trailers, and assembled them at the client’s facility over several months’ time, all while ensuring that the research lab continued to be cooled properly. We also partner with our clients to enable highly regulated industries such as food and beverage, oil and gas, waste management and pharmaceuticals, to achieve optimal output profitably and responsibly. For example, we help clients achieve environmentally friendly goals, such as neutralizing and eliminating toxins using gas separation technology .
Our newest capability in manufacturing power distribution equipment – VTI by MDavis --- enables clients to dispense and control electrical energy on a customized basis anywhere in the world.
Our engineering, fabrication, and testing expertise provides compact, safe, transportable and energy-efficient power distribution solutions for industrial plants, commercial buildings, or general purpose sites.
