Dextall Tech Forward methods are fundamentally changing how we design and build new generation prefab walls for mid and high-rise building exteriors. Dextall is a leading system designer and fabricator of prefab exterior wall panel systems for mid/high rise buildings. We integrate digital tools to optimize design processes that eliminate 24 months of unnecessary coordination, provides exact exterior cost at the earliest design stages. Our factory assembled exterior walls are installed like building blocks with factory sealed windows and cladding providing superior quality and has a direct impact in reducing the carbon footprint of the buildings where our system is used. Building exteriors with Dextall panels is 75% faster compared to onsite construction processes. By using the dry gasket method
there is no need to go back outside and seal the panels once they are set in place; thus no scaffolds or other suspended platforms. There is an urgent need to change the way the commercial construction industry operates

The construction industry in particular mid and high-rise buildings construction processes have not changed for the last 100 years. The current design and construction process of building exteriors requires intense coordination involving multiple stakeholders that can easily last 2 years. It’s a waste of time and capital. The current onsite construction process is lengthy, inefficient, contributes to poor overall building quality, and is not sustainable – 30% of building materials become waste once they get to the Jobsite. Buildings are vital to our environment and they are one of the largest contributors to our carbon footprint on this planet. Even the smallest gains in energy efficiency at scale have a massive impact. Improved processes will lead to overall cost savings and will contribute to more housing opportunities for communities in need.

Production is moving fast for this major 22 story, 396 unit mixed use project in Downtown Newark. Dextall DWall 1500 panels are now in production, with crates already being prepared for the next stage.

This façade will feature ACM cladding, a refined shadowbox detail, and design coordination through Dextall Studio, helping bring precision, depth, and a strong architectural presence to one of Newark’s most exciting new developments.

Last Week during UN Week, Lithuania and New York sat down to talk about energy security and climate goals, and Dextall was part of it.

Our CEO Aurimas attended the Presidential Business Forum on Resilience at the Union League Club, where President Gitanas Nausėda gave the keynote. He then joined Lukas Savickas, Lithuania's Minister of Energy, and Nick Ng of The Clean Fight on stage at the Consulate General of Lithuania in New York. They spoke about New York's 2050 climate goals, which can't be met without faster, lower-carbon construction. That is what our prefab façades deliver.

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ 10K completed at the Vilnius Marathon!

A big congratulations to six members of the Dextall team who took on the Vilnius Marathon 10K together.

Great energy, an incredible atmosphere, plenty of smiles, and 10 kilometers that somehow seemed to fly by. Most importantly, it was another chance to spend time together outside the office and prove that teamwork looks just as good on the running course.

Well done to everyone who crossed the finish line! 💪

Next year, we would love to see an even bigger Dextall team at the start.
