Dextall Tech Enabled | Labor Smart | Green Forward Dextall prefab process eliminates Jobsite labor availability impact. Why is that important?

Dextall Prefab Walls

Dextall Tech Forward methods are fundamentally changing how we design and build new generation prefab walls for mid and high-rise building exteriors. Dextall is a leading system designer and fabricator of prefab exterior wall panel systems for mid/high rise buildings. We integrate digital tools to optimize design processes that eliminate 24 months of unnecessary coordination,

provides exact exterior cost at the earliest design stages. Our factory assembled exterior walls are installed like building blocks with factory sealed windows and cladding providing superior quality and has a direct impact in reducing the carbon footprint of the buildings where our system is used. Building exteriors with Dextall panels is 75% faster compared to onsite construction processes. By using the dry gasket method
there is no need to go back outside and seal the panels once they are set in place; thus no scaffolds or other suspended platforms. There is an urgent need to change the way the commercial construction industry operates

The construction industry in particular mid and high-rise buildings construction processes have not changed for the last 100 years. The current design and construction process of building exteriors requires intense coordination involving multiple stakeholders that can easily last 2 years. It’s a waste of time and capital. The current onsite construction process is lengthy, inefficient, contributes to poor overall building quality, and is not sustainable – 30% of building materials become waste once they get to the Jobsite. Buildings are vital to our environment and they are one of the largest contributors to our carbon footprint on this planet. Even the smallest gains in energy efficiency at scale have a massive impact. Improved processes will lead to overall cost savings and will contribute to more housing opportunities for communities in need.

Facade design has run on the same timeline for decades: roughly three years from concept to installed panel. Our founder just explained, on record, how that number becomes one week and what breaks when it does.

On the newest episode of AEC Tech Journeys, host Mayur Mistry talks with Dextall Founder & CEO Aurimas Sabulis about the physics and the politics of that compression: prefabricated exterior wall systems paired with purpose-built design software, and why the biggest obstacle was never engineering : it was convincing an entire supply chain to trust a process it couldn't watch happen on-site.

345 McLean has officially topped out in Yonkers.

Our latest video captures the milestone and shares a closer look at the project details behind this 12 story, 105 unit affordable housing development.

From DWall 1500 panel production to installation on site, this project shows how prefabricated façade systems can help move construction forward with speed, quality, and predictability.

A big moment for the building, and a great look at prefab progress in action.

Watch the video to see 345 McLean reach the top.

If you're evaluating facade systems for your next project, here's a data point worth knowing. Dextall's DWALL just passed its 5th performance mockup at 22 Fulton, a rigorous 13 step test covering everything from vent operation to structural overload.

The result? No uncontrolled leakage, no failures, and structural performance up to 88.5 psf, well above the 59 psf design load.

Numbers like these are why owners and GCs keep choosing DWALL.

345 McLean has topped out, and we are continuing the conversation from the jobsite.

In our latest video, Martin Logue, Superintendent from Sisca Organization, joins us in front of the building to share his perspective on the project, the installation process, and what it was like seeing Dextall’s prefabricated façade system come together on site.

This 12 story, 105 unit affordable housing project in Yonkers continues to show how prefab can support speed, coordination, and reliable ex*****on in the field.

Watch the video to hear Martin’s feedback and see the progress at 345 McLean.

Something bigger is taking shape.

Our newest production floor adds 84,000 sq ft of space and brings Dextall’s combined capacity across all facilities to 600,000 sq ft under roof.

We are not ready to say what this space will produce just yet, but this first look says a lot.

Watch the teaser and stay tuned.

345 McLean has topped out, and we are taking a closer look at the progress from the ground up.

In our latest video, Bryan Lynskey, President of FSNY , joins us in front of the topped out building to share his perspective on the project, the installation process, and how Dextall’s prefabricated façade system performed on site.

This 12 story, 105 unit affordable housing project in Yonkers is a strong example of what happens when speed, coordination, and façade performance come together.

Watch the video to hear Bryan’s feedback and see the project taking shape.

Construction is one of the world's oldest industries.

Yet projects still go over budget, fall behind schedule, and rely on outdated building methods.

That's exactly why we built Dextall.

Our CEO , Aurimas Sabulis recently joined Andrew Lee Miller from GrowthExpertz on the Funded, Now What?! podcast to discuss how we're using prefabrication, software, and AI to help developers build faster, reduce costs, and make construction more predictable.

We covered some exciting topics:

• The Future of Construction: Why prefabrication is transforming how buildings are delivered.

• Building Smarter: How Dextall helps developers reduce project timelines, improve quality, and lower costs.

• Innovation in Traditional Industries: Lessons from introducing new technology into one of the world's largest industries.

• Startup Growth: What we've learned about scaling a ConstructionTech company and creating long-term value.

• Marketing in the AI Era: Andrew shared actionable insights on GEO, SEO, AI search, PR, and how founders can build authority through content and thought leadership.

If you're interested in ConstructionTech, PropTech, AI, or startup growth, I think you'll enjoy this conversation.

The final chapter of production has begun.

The **last large façade elements** for 38 E 35th Street are now being manufactured, marking the final production milestone before fabrication is complete.

From engineering and factory production to installation, this project has demonstrated how prefabrication can deliver architectural quality, precision, and efficiency for luxury residential construction.

The next time you see this building, production will be complete.
