Congratulations to Talia Abreu on being named May’s Employee of the Month! Talia is an Assistant BIM Manager in our BIM Services Group. She is approaching her one-year anniversary with MGE and has already made an impact within the BIM Department through her hard work, leadership, and dedication to supporting both the team and MGE employees. Since joining MGE, Talia has taken on an important role in onboarding and training new hires and interns, coordinating Revit kick-off meetings, and helping keep the department organized and running smoothly. Her ability to manage and support a team while always staying approachable and dependable has made her someone people naturally look to for guidance and support. Beyond her daily responsibilities, Talia brings a positive attitude and energy that makes a difference throughout the office. Whether she’s helping a team member, organizing department initiatives, or stepping in wherever needed, she consistently creates a collaborative and welcoming environment for those around her.
