Parting Out: 1980 Ford Fairmont EV Conversion! ⚡️
It's a bittersweet day. We've decided to part out this incredibly rare and interesting 1980 Ford Fairmont EV conversion!
This isn't your average Fairmont—it was originally converted by a company called Electric Vehicle Associates (EVA) back in the 80s, trying to push the boundaries of car technology.
Why is this cool?
Unique History: This is a fantastic piece of 1980s alternative vehicle history. The vehicle was recently listed for sale (at one point for an unrealistic million dollars, then $5,000!), highlighting its unique nature.
Rare Components: We're salvaging the unique body, interior, and possibly some of the EV conversion parts (motors, controllers, mounts, etc.) that could be repurposed or serve as museum-quality relics.
Classic Fairmont Parts: All the standard 1980 Fairmont body panels, trim, interior pieces, suspension components, etc., are available for your fix-up project!
