What’s on my new tire?
I just got new front tires about a month ago, and this suddenly happened to my front driver-side tire earlier today. I’ve put less than 500 miles on it, and haven’t hit any curbs or potholes. My car was driving totally fine, until I pulled out of a parking lot after being there for less than 5 minutes, when my car started rattling. I got out and found my tire looking as pictured. What is this, and what should I do?

I went the the tire shop and they said I need all of my tires changed and ngl I’m only 18 it’s my first car I don’t just have hundreds of dollars to spend so I was wondering will my car be able to drive just for a few weeks until I get the money?
