for taking these moments of your very valuable time to read this communication; but I think this subject be might of interest to you, your companies, organization and institutions. What I am looking for someone or a department out of your Office is a person, or persons who my Office can coordinate information back and forth concerning the specifics of the Space Base to be built at the Sandal Islands in the Bahamas; for both the 21st century Saturn 5 and the NOVA heavy launch vehicle. Inasmuch as My Office will be in touch with more than one government, government agencies, and corporations; both in and out of the United States it will take time to build regular lines of communication as the program builds in momentum. So at this stage, of this letter, let this be the first stage in a series of regular communications with your office; in as much as to say,

Please . . . at this time let me try to address, some of the skepticism about a new civilian space program, or Base presence equal in size to, Cape Canaveral, Florida, and the Kennedy Space Center; for example, one of the boarder countries to the Bahamas, such as Haiti, on the island of Hispaniola; being the poorest country in the western hemisphere, with a population of 3 million people can offer the project "D4 construction workers"; as oppose to "A3 - A5 grade skill qualification construction workers". The redemption of the situation, is that Hispaniola is rich in silver, platinum, and bauxite (aluminum); and any Caribbean Basin, technological upgrade would no doubt bring the respected countries natural resources to bare for the good of the economies, of the said respected local governments involved with the project; while offsetting the cost of the overall, NOVA program.

This Project will involve at lease, 2,000 companies worldwide, for a 50 year period; after 'ground breaking'; 1,500 of the expected companies are locate in the domestic United States.

COLLEGES
If you member of a local university, Administrative Staff, Faculty, or Student, this is an opportunity to get involved with an Aerospace project that will have wide reaching ramification to your future. This is a project equal in scope in the building, of Cape Canaveral, or the Panama Canal. International Adult Education enrollment would increase for those institutions evolved by 25% to 50%. As far as Student participation; they would be getting a valuable experience in hand-on, understanding of on-the-shelf; but cutting edge, state-of-the-art Aerospace technology. The NOVA program's construction project are two-fold: the building of the Space Base at the Sandal Islands, in the Bahamas, and then finally or during the NOVA rocket itself. The overall project is estimated to be in the range of, 1.9 Trillion Dollars (U.S.); and is a forty to seventy year program, while the construction schedule is within 11 years, from ground breaking. Needless to say because of the nature of the project, and its inherent complexity; the practice of bidding for the lowest price for services will be suspended, for sake of quality of workmanship.

As a Government Officer, allow me to bring you to the understanding that the NOVA Program is a engineering / scientific development project that will be exploring in uncharted territory of engineering and economics; in terms of the services the program will offer your countries, citizens; resident, and guest; a world class, state-of-the-art culture would be created to aid your respected governments with nation economic, and cultural development of you societies.
