Quick update…

I’m starting to open up a few spots for Founding Technicians with Ifixdings.

This is still early — but that’s exactly why it matters.

I’m not looking to stack a bunch of techs in one area.
The goal is simple: one solid tech per territory.

The ones who get in now:
• Lock in their area early
• Help shape how this grows
• And are first in line as things scale

This isn’t something I’m blasting out or pushing hard.
I’m keeping it tight and building it the right way from the start.

It’s been a few weeks since we’ve posted but If you’re in here, you’re early.

And that actually matters.

For years, I’ve been running Express Dents — building steady work through real-world testing, not theory. One thing became clear:

There’s no shortage of dent work.
There’s a shortage of awareness.

Most customers don’t even know PDR is an option — so they default to body shops or dealerships.

That’s the gap.

Ifixdings is being built to fix that.

Not a franchise.
Not a lead service.
Not a directory.

We’re building a content-driven network that educates customers first — and routes work to the right technicians in their area.

This group is where everything starts:
• How the system works
• How territories will be handled
• What “founding tech” actually means
• What early members will get that others won’t

Right now, we’re in the early build phase.

The techs who get in early will have the biggest advantage as this grows.

No pressure — just pay attention.

There’s no shortage of dent work out there.

The issue is some customers still don’t know they don’t need a body shop.

So the work either gets missed… or ends up at a dealer or collision shop.

That’s where a lot of opportunity is lost.

I’ve been working on something around this.
