Access One also appreciates Bruce Renard's great work as Executive Director of NAC of raising awareness/questions on the recent FICO Fraud Study and the idea that Bank ATMs are safer to use than the Independent ATM industry's ATMs which is purposefully misleading to consumers and needs to be addressed. Just got back from the Amusement Expo International and was proud to represent National ATM Council (and of course, Access One ATM) educating potential members of the benefits of membership in our organization and letting them about our fight in Washington, DC for them. Also learned a lot about amazing opportunities and companies in the Amusement and Gaming Business. Great, great show worth going to!

We want to thank The National ATM Council and all the great work the organization is doing on behalf of the ATM operators and merchants as well as consumers who depend on these ATM's out in the marketplace. We, also, want to thank the great work done by Bruce Renard, our executive director, and Bonnie Dalrymple, our chairwoman and the fantastic legal work done by NAC's great lawyer who's worked on this case.

After five years, it looks like class-action lawsuits by ATM independent sales organizations and consumers challenging Visa Inc. and MasterCard Inc. rules over ATM surcharging on antitrust grounds may finally be headed to trial.
