Hey everyone! Thanks for staying with us while we go through some rebranding (and while I've gone through a very intense major client period on my real job). Very soon we will be relaunching this page as a destination site for people around the world interested in learning about options for great golf, food and hospitality in the New York City area. We will still have regular tips and commentary, but will now also have partners and sponsors to help you make the most of your golf budget when you visit our fair part of the world. Hope you'll enjoy your stay! Cheers from NYC, Sean

Tiger looks like he's on the verge of a win in this duel with Zach Johnson. I'm sitting here with the flu, and writing about golf. The flu sucks, but the golf is marvelous. http://dailygolftippler.wordpress.com/2011/12/04/heeeeeeeeees-baaaaaaaack-tiger-woods-is-on-the-verge-of-glorious-career-phase-2-and-his-swing-looks-tight/

Back in a grove and able to post some tips, probably once or twice a week until the season begins again. Plus some more great commentary coming from The Tippler's Mother. Here's a thought on spine angle for consistent ball striking. Go Team USA, keep that President's Cup! http://dailygolftippler.com/2011/11/16/spine-angle-for-better-ball-striking/

Pros keep a very consistent spine angle through contact ... amateurs on the other hand tend to come up too early, coming "up and out" and consequently often block or weak slice out to the right. Lo...

Have been swamped with my real job, busy time of the year for us ramping up to the fall, so am a little behind in my columns. Here's an oldie but a goodie we did on "backing off" when the shot doesn't feel right, from a few months ago. Back to the groove over the weekend, thanks everyone! -The Tippler http://dailygolftippler.com/2011/03/24/todays-free-golf-tip-back-off-man/

One thing you'll see this weekend on all five major Tours (PGA, LPGA, European, Nationwide, Asian ... and the Sunshine, Australian and South American Tours too), and certainly on Arnold Palmer's su...
