Additionally and by association, our senior managers have extensive hands on expe

rience in coordination with NYS and NYC governmental agencies, property owners, engineering companies, and contractors. Allen Engineering PLLC is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and is also MBE and DBE certified. Furthermore, WAE is also a NYC DOB registered Special Inspection Agency that specializes in Mechanical, Sprinkler, Structural Steel and Energy Code Compliance inspections. Our services are also utilized to help close-out open permits and obtain Equipment Use Permits for existing equipment. We also specialize in providing inspections for renovation projects.
