Women's Innovation Symposium in Engineering The Women's Innovation Symposium in Engineering (WISE) is a one-day event at Poly Prep Country Day School whose mission is to expose girls to engineering.

Women's Innovation Symposium on Engineering (WISE) was established in 2011 by members of the Poly Prep community. WISE is an event for girls, organized by girls. A unique opportunity to learn about the field of engineering, which is often male-dominated, WISE will be a way for girls to gain and share knowledge, and empower themselves. WISE is free to attend, and is open to any girl in grades 7-12
