David Glickman, P.E., LEED AP is the founder and managing partner of GEA. He received his BSME from Columbia University and worked for several large engineering firms before founding GEA. Carlos A. Burbano, Principal, brings an honesty- based nurturing to all his projects that fosters long- lasting relationships. His experience includes countless large, multi-phased projects over his 30-year career. Toro, P.E., HBDP, CPMP, LEED AP is an Associate Principal at GEA. He has been the designer of multiple LEED certified buildings and is responsible for the development of sustainable engineering for all GEA projects. GEA, with a current staff of over 30 engineers, is the leading MEP Engineer for large scale multi use projects, including residential, hotel, industrial and retail and is especially proud of our new in- house energy conservation and sustainability division.
