Lozier, Inc. a Grandfather Licensed Engineering Firm has been practicing Professional Engineering in the State of New York since May 29, 1928. It was acquired by Uzma Ahmad and Shama Akhtar in 2017 from AECOM.
Lozier is very responsive and Quality focused. Our utmost focus on Quality and Safety has achieved us good reputation in the Construction Industry. Most of our engineers are certified as sustainability professional by Envision.
Currently our firm employs 15 Engineers, Construction Managers and Special Inspectors under the leadership of our CEO Mansoor Khan, P.E. Our Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, Construction Inspectors are expert in their field of construction. Our Office Engineers have expertise with MURK, SITE Manager and EBO. Our Community Liaison have worked in most boroughs of New York City and have a good knowledge of neighborhoods, business leaders, community boards and the politicians in the area. Our Special Inspectors are certified as Master of Special Inspection by ICC. Some of our clientsare: NYCDDC, NYCEDC, NYCDOT, NYSDOT, MTA, Port Authority of NY and NJ and NYC Parks.
We have developed a Comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan and effective Health and Safety Plan that guides us thru the right path. Our CEO Mansoor Khan has also developed a comprehensive policy on Ethics and Integrity. Every employee receives a full day training in Ethics and Integrity, Harassment and Discrimination, Team Building and Caring for others.
