Duncan Lumber will be closed Friday, July 3rd, in observance of Independence Day.

After everything our crew has been through these past few weeks, we're giving our guys and girls a well-earned day to kick off their boots, rest their feet, spend time with family, and celebrate the Fourth of July.

We'll reopen with our regular hours on Monday and be ready to help with all your building and home improvement needs.

Well… it’s finally time to show you around!

We’re excited to welcome everyone into our temporary hardware store! It may not be our forever home, but it’s another big step forward after the tornado.

Every day we’re adding more inventory and filling more shelves. While we’re still rebuilding, you’ll find a growing selection of hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, tools, lawn and garden supplies, fasteners, and much more. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask! We’re happy to help and can often special order what you need.

📍 You can find us in the old HT Hackney warehouse, just to the left of S & L Auto.

This temporary store wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our customers, friends, contractors, and community. Your patience, prayers, and encouragement have carried us through these last several weeks, and we can’t thank you enough.

We’re not all the way back yet, but we’re getting a little closer every single day.

Day 2 checked off this week! 💪

Our stock trucks are still rolling in to fill the orders our customers need! While things may seem a little chaotic around here (definitely not the golf cart shooting across the road by Frank 👀😂), we’re still getting things done for our customers.

We can’t thank everyone enough for the patience, support, prayers, and encouragement during this time. It may not look normal right now, but Duncan Lumber is still rolling right along! 🚛🔨

Well, we survived our first day in our new temporary office! ❤️

We also got a little bit of good news today — we are now able to sell out of half of the showroom again! We can currently help you with plumbing, electrical, nuts, and bolts.

The only catch is our guys are getting their steps in by going and fetching everything for you while you stay in the meeting hall. 😊

It’s honestly unbelievable that after the tornado hit, we’ve been able to reopen our “doors” without missing a business day.

But NONE of this would have been possible without our friends, contractors, community, and Powell Valley Electric. Your prayers have truly been felt, and we believe they’ve helped keep the pep in our step through all of this.

Thank you so much to everyone who has helped make this miraculous business day possible.

Please continue praying for our Duncan Lumber family, our friends, contractors, and community as we keep working toward getting back to full operation so we can continue serving you all.

After a long weekend and a lot of help from our fellow contractors, friends, and community, we have accomplished so much. ❤️

We are excited to announce that Duncan Lumber will reopen tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM.

Our temporary sales office is now located in the First Avenue Hall. We may be a little crammed in here, but we’re family — so it fits us just fine.

At this time, we will only be selling items located in the back warehouse, and hardware items will not be available for now.

After your purchase, instead of going to the railroad track entrance for loading, you will now be loaded between the sand lot and the warehouse. Our guys will be waiting at the “EXIT” door to get your paperwork and load you. They will bring your material out to you.

Please continue to bear with us as we do our very best under these circumstances. We are beyond thankful for everyone who has helped, prayed, checked in, and supported us through all of this. We truly live in the best community. ❤️
