We have been busy at Still Waters Manufacturing doing some work with Solinftec North America. Today we moved a few robots around so they could attend a conference and get some robots in different fields. In the process we had to replace a tire due to some curb carnage. All told it was a good day!

At Still Waters Manufacturing we are adding a bit of temporary help. We try our best to be a good job for the team of great people we have. We are a small team and over the past 18 months we have made a lot of improvements. If you live in New Richmond IN or Wingate the commute is short and all in all we think it is a good gig.

The work we do is important. We are building kits, assemblies and finished products for Agricultural and Industrial customers. The products we make are literally contributing to keeping warehouses, docks, stores and farms operational. Yeah, we’re small but we would be missed. The work needs to be done right.

The atmosphere is relaxed. Sure, our building is from the 50s and the heat is hit or miss. Coffee is free, it isnt raining sideways on you and it keeps getting better.

The team is great! Hard working nice folks that care about what they do. If you work here you gotta work, but people here do that.

The pay and benefits are competitive. Tomorrow and Friday our people are enjoying 2 of their many paid holidays and vacations. Yeah, some of you are saying that is standard, but I had jobs that didn’t pay holidays! We offer medical, dental, and we keep adding more.

Biggest benefit is we are growing and now is a good opportunity to be part of something that is going places. Opportunity is often overlooked because it is wearing overalls and looks like work.

We are hiring! Over the past few months we have been prepping for now when we would be building autonomous sprayers!

Our ideal candidate lives close (we are at the old Coal Creek School), is flexible, and want to be part of a fun team.

The work is temporary over the next 3 months but may become full time.

Still Waters Manufacturing has finished a pretty significant chapter of cleaning, painting, repairing and several other verbs. We have benefitted from the hard work of several small businesses along with the hard work of our own team. More to come but as we roll into the holiday season it is a good feeling to have gotten things to this point.

It is late but I want to shout out to the men and women who have served this country and those who continue to serve. We are honored to fly the flag of our country proudly and appreciate the sacrifices you made to keep freedom! And a little extra Semper fi to my brothers, cousin and nephew!!

Painting continues at Still Waters Manufacturing!!

The past couple weeks have been a buzz of activity inside and outside. Pat is making good progress getting this 50s era building prepped and painted. Probably are about 80% complete with primarily the front of the building to be sprayed yet. You can see what the back of the building is looking like. Not bad for a 70+ year old commercial building. The windows will be scraped and cleaned of the overspray. It is a big project!!

By the way, the guys at AARC trash service are veteran owned and do a really nice job. Simple things like picking up the trash around the bin that falls out and grabbing extra trash set beside the bin when we have a busy week mean a lot to small businesses.
