We are currently undertaking a major renovation to our office to add more office space and make our facility ADA compliant. Today we began phase 3, which is the front office. The front office will be closed for approximately 2 weeks, however, we are still operating normally. We ask that all visitors report to the mobile office in front of our building.

With the office staff being separated, if the phone is not answered, you may dial the following extensions:
• 10 for the Office Manager
• 11 for Ken Smith
• 12 for Brian Smith

We appreciate your patience as we undergo these improvements to allow us to grow and provide faster turn-around times and support to our customers.

We are excited to announce, effective January 1st, our company name will change from Ken F. Smith Custom Sheet Metal, LLC to Penn Metalworks, LLC. In the coming days, our page will be rebranded for the new name in preparation for this change. We look forward to this new chapter in our history.

2,000 laser cut and bent galvanized steel brackets ready to go out for the construction industry.

Bumpers & fender brackets ready to go out out for one of our customer's with Heil dry-bulk trailers. The bumpers are .190" aluminum and the fender brackets are .25" alum. with .375" mounting plates. We laser cut, formed, punched the flat bar, and welded them together. We were able to have this job finished and ready to ship in 1 week.

Need laser cut pieces that are over 10ft long? We can cut up to 13ft long sheets. This order required 30 laser blanks that were 142" long with over 70 holes per piece out of 14ga hot-rolled P&O steel.

An order of custom fit anti-ligature heater guards going out to a hospital's Behavioral Health Unit. We did the design, fabrication, welding, and sent them out for powder coating.
