We are proud to have designed the liftboat “LB Robert”, now playing a starring role in Expedition 501, a groundbreaking research mission tapping into what might be one of the world’s largest freshwater aquifers hidden beneath the ocean’s saltwater off Cape Cod.

Scientists conducting a first-of-its-kind drilling operation have extracted samples of fresh water hiding in massive reservoirs deep under the ocean.
