Join us in welcoming Roberto! Roberto Medina was born and raised in New Orleans and joined Crescent Power Systems as an Associate Project Engineer supporting the Quotations team. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans and brings a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning to the team. Frank Cousart joined Crescent Power Systems as a Senior Project Engineer, bringing more than 15 years of experience in power generation, industrial manufacturing, and control systems engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 and began his career supporting utility generation projects before relocating to Southeast Louisiana in 2013, where he worked with a major chemical producer.

In 2018, Frank expanded his expertise as a Lead Control Engineer with a multinational power corporation, gaining extensive experience in both field ex*****on and engineering design across complex industrial power projects. His diverse technical background and hands-on approach make him a valuable resource to our project ex*****on team and our clients. Outside of work, Frank enjoys embracing the New Orleans lifestyle, participating in local races, and staying active outdoors.

Welcome to the team, Rene! Rene is a native New Orleanian who joined the CPS team as a Project Manager with more than 20 years of project management experience in the oil and gas industry. He earned both a B.S. in Civil Engineering and MBA from Louisiana State University and is a Professional Engineer (PE Civil, Louisiana).
