Accounting Office Manager
Basic Job Description:
Local area professional firm looking for Office Manager with QuickBooks experience and accounting knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manages Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
· Insurance Renewals, Claims, Audits, etc.
· Manage Office Supplies
· Maintain Renewals of all certifications and licenses
· Strong understanding of accounting reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
· Assist team and leads with daily activities that include but are not limited to, maintaining calendars, preparing documents and organizing company functions
· Pass pre-employment drug screen and be eligible to work in the US
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
