A message from Greg...

This Labor Day, I’m thinking about the hardworking people who keep our industry running.

Skilled technicians and sales professionals are hard to find. This work takes years of experience, long hours, problem solving, and a commitment to taking care of customers.

That’s why I’ve never believed in making our team sign non-competes or restrictive agreements. Good employees shouldn’t feel trapped in a job.

I believe loyalty is earned. Treat people right, pay them fairly, support their growth, and build a workplace where they want to stay.

I’m proud of the team we’ve built at Tri State Air Compressor and grateful for everyone in our industry working hard to keep plants and facilities running.

Air leaks. Pressure set too high. Equipment running when it doesn’t need to. An inefficient compressor setup. Individually, they might not look like a big deal.

Add them up across a plant, 24 hours a day, and that wasted air turns into real money.💸💸💸

That’s why we do compressed air system audits.

We’ll check your system for leaks, pressure issues, wasted air, and other inefficiencies that are costing you money. We can also see if your system qualifies for energy rebates.

A few small problems can add up to a big utility bill.

Stop guessing. Let’s measure it.

Machines don’t know it’s the weekend.

If you’re running production on Saturday and your compressor starts losing pressure, running hot, throwing a fault, or shuts down completely, waiting until Monday isn’t always an option.

We know what downtime means on a production floor. That’s why when the phone rings on the weekend, we answer it.💪

Compressors don’t care what time it is when they go down. Neither do we.

A compressor failure at 3 a.m. is the same problem as one at 3 p.m. If the machine is down and production is stopped, it needs to be fixed.

That’s why we offer 24/7 emergency service.

When we get the call, our first priority is figuring out what failed, what it’s going to take to fix it, and how quickly we can get you running again. In many cases, we can have a technician on-site within hours.

👉 Keep our number saved. Hopefully you won’t need it at 3 a.m., but if you do, we’ll answer. 📲 330-717-6507

After 40+ years of combined experience, you learn pretty quickly that no two compressed air systems are exactly alike.

We’ve worked on equipment in machine shops, manufacturing plants, and facilities across Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron, Western Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia.

That experience matters when you’re troubleshooting a system and production is depending on you.

We’re local. We know the equipment. And when you call, you’re talking to people who actually work on compressed air systems every day.

If something doesn’t sound right, isn’t keeping pressure, or just isn’t running like it should, Let's Talk 📲 330-717-6507

👉 If your production line is down, how long can you actually afford to wait for an air compressor?

An hour?

A shift?

A day?

When compressed air goes down, the cost isn’t just the repair. It’s idle equipment, lost production, employees waiting around, and deadlines getting tighter by the minute.

That’s why we keep rental compressors ready. 💪

Short-term or long-term. Planned shutdown, equipment failure, or extra capacity for a project.

The goal is simple: keep your operation running while you figure out what comes next.

How much does one hour of downtime cost your operation?

Most compressor problems don’t happen overnight. There are usually warning signs first.

Here are 3 we see all the time:

🔧 Knocking or grinding
If your compressor starts making a noise it didn’t make before, don’t ignore it. Something is wearing, loose, or starting to fail.

⚡ Higher electric bill
If your usage hasn’t changed but your power bill has, your compressor could be running harder or longer than it should.

đź’§ Water in the air lines
Moisture in your lines can mean an issue with the dryer, drains, or filtration. Let it go too long, and it can cause problems throughout the system.

We’d rather fix a small problem today than show up after the compressor goes down.

Hear or see something that doesn’t seem right?
