Couple announcements:
Due to recent events, we are no longer offering trailer rentals for flat trailers, stock trailers, box trailers, or car trailers. We will still rent trailers with equipment, dump trailers, and tilt trailers. We spend 20 hours plus a week fixing trailers that people break, crush lights, fenders, tires, ect. For the cost of upkeep with damage, we can no longer offer these for rent.
Second thing. We are a LOCAL Rental business. It states in our lease that we service within 50 miles or less of our shop for any issues. If you put down an address local and break down 2 plus hours away, you will be charged from now on for us to come and fix any issues. If you abandon our equipment due to this, you will be charged for recovery of the equipment, and if not paid, sent to collections and banned from renting. The paperwork you fill out asks you specifically where the equipment will be used for this reason. No exceptions.
We love providing a service to the local community, and appreciate all of our customers. 95 percent of you take great care of our equipment. Its unfortunate that we have to make these changes due to the few, but we can't afford to keep dedicating so much of our time to fixing damages.
